- $4,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out quarterly over the first year of employment (i.e., $1,000 per quarter).

Requirements:
- Credentials: NCLEX-RN/US RN license or on an NCLEX pathway
- Experience: One to three years (full-time) experience serving the elderly, preferably in a retirement community.
- Commitment: Interested in committing to a permanent staff position for a three-year employment term.
- Immigration Sponsorship: Eligible for TN visa
- Desirable: VisaScreen Certification
