The Manager, Regina General Hospital Operating Room will partner with system leaders to achieve our province's healthcare goals. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Operative Care (Regina), you are responsible for creating operational lines of sight that connect to the goals and objectives of the SHA. You will support strategy through the development and execution of operational plans. You demonstrate strong leadership skills to enable an innovative and positive working climate and develop partnerships with system and community partners.
