JOB SUMMARY: 

To participate in the planning, organizing, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with the philosophy, objectives and policies of the hospital and the Nursing Service Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick;
• Current BLS certificate;
• Ability to work independently and as a team member;
• Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
• Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
• Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.

Participer à la planification, l'organisation, la livraison et l'évaluation des soins infirmiers conformément à la philosophie, aux objectifs et aux politiques de l'hôpital et du Service des soins infirmiers.

EXIGENCES :

• Immatriculation auprès de l’Association des infirmières et infirmiers du Nouveau-Brunswick;
• Certificat valide en SIR;
• Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
• Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
• Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
• Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
• Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
