This position will provide you with the opportunity to help patients in the community within an efficient and safe framework that utilizes Telehealth complimented by potential patient directed in person visits. You will gain experience in both public and community health, as well as being able to add leadership/management to your repertoire of skills. This position is ideal for the individual who is interested in challenging themselves working remotely looking for a supplementary income with the potential of being hired full time. The location of your remote work is up to you as long as the environment is safe and secure. As such, if you enjoy travel this opportunity may be the best fit for you.

This is a multidisciplinary role where you will test the entire spectrum of your nursing skills in addition to being part of a dynamic learning environment. The successful candidate will be expected to triage and book patients accordingly to receive optimal Telehealth care. In addition, as a clinic manager you will be encouraged to discover and share ideas to improve the delivery of our care model. Lastly, there may an opportunity for exceptional candidates to see patients prior to the physician which would be remunerated for the level of care provided.

Annual Salary Range: 13000 - 104000
Minimum Salary: 25.00/hr
Maximum Salary: 50.00/hr
Vehicle Requirement: Driver’s License and vehicle preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse registered with CARNA. Please note LPN’s with community health experience are still welcome to apply.

Additional Qualifications:
Upon successful completion of the interview all candidates should submit the following:
Copy of their health profession license
Copy of their degree
Copy of immunizations (including COVID 19 vaccination)
Criminal record check with vulnerable sector
