Drawing on your visionary insight and commitment to achieve results, your strategic and operational leadership of Patient Care Services will enhance and achieve performance excellence in patient safety, quality and satisfaction. Through a focus on continuous improvement and the proactive engagement of staff, your deep clinical operations knowledge and a track record of success in identifying and analysing opportunities will ensure the ongoing efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with professional, accreditation, and health care system expectations that will ensure that Patient Care services are responsive to the acute care needs of QCH’s catchment population.

You are a change agent possessing a working knowledge of LEAN/continuous performance improvement methodologies and a deep appreciation for collaborative problem-solving. You are a highly dynamic leader and skilled communicator whose success is rooted in engaging and empowering teams to achieve performance excellence. A systems thinker who is collaborative by nature, politically astute and highly valued by stakeholders and partners for your authenticity, executive maturity and conviction, you will continue to enhance QCH’s local and regional role to provide service excellence to the growing Ottawa area and surrounding communities.
