Registered Nurse

If you have experience in acute medical nursing and you are a reliable, flexible and motivated registered nurse, we are currently seeking casual RN’s to join our busy 4N unit at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC.

If you think you would be an asset to our strong, welcoming team of medical surgical RNs, LPNs, coordinators and unit clerks, then we would love to hear from you! As the Registered Nurse you will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to ensure the delivery of client–centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs. 

Our unit is a 25 bed general medical unit, specializing in respiratory, acute pain and symptom management for chronic and palliative patients and eating disorders. Nurses work 12 hour days and nights as required 07:30 to 19:30 and 19:30 to 07:30 This relief position is scheduled to run until July 2019 or return of the incumbent.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
