The Opportunity:

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) uses nursing skill, knowledge and judgement to provide person-centred care within an interdisciplinary team, consistent with the mission and values of Sunnyside Home.

We are hiring on an ongoing basis. Your application will be considered for a variety of positions, including temporary and permanent positions.

Various shifts are available: days, evenings and nights.

Wage Rate: $28.33 - $30.46

REQUIREMENTS:

To assume the role of Registered Practical Nurse, you must:

  • Have current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and current gerontological nursing experience
  • Obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check that is satisfactory to the Region of Waterloo
  • Have a Two-step Tuberculosis (TB) test and annual influenza immunization
