The Role

Under the direction of the Director, the Care Manager coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care to the residents to create an environment where love, life and living matter.  The Care Manager ensures resident focused care is achieved in the home, in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.


Candidates must have graduated from a recognized program for Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses; current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM); Post RN/RPN education in Gerontology and 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
