Job Description

Practice as a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Regional Support for STI/BBI/HIV in an environment where excellence, innovation and learning are valued and clients truly matter.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) supports expert nursing care and functions as a clinical leader in Regional Support for STI/BBI/HIV care program as assigned by the Director, Clinical Operations. The CNS provides leadership and focuses on improving client outcomes and quality of care by advancing nursing practice in the area of STI/BBI/HIV Care and through the use of advanced practice and evidence-based practices.

As the successful candidate you have a Masters’ degree in Nursing (other graduate degrees may be considered depending on area of specialty), and five years health care experience, including three years recent, related clinical experience. Also hold a current practicing registration status with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC).
