As an ideal candidate, you are a seasoned and respected nurse leader with a track record of working with diverse stakeholders to achieve a common vision. You bring a nuanced understanding of the existing and emerging issues facing nurses, nurse groups and patients, and a compelling vision for the role CNA can play as the voice for all nurses across the country. Your outstanding interpersonal and team building skills, coupled with solid business acumen, have led to continued successes within a variety of settings. You are a big-picture, systems thinker with experience working with Boards, government representatives, and diverse interests in leading change and shaping the future. Flexible and adaptable, you are looking to play a key leadership role in shaping the voice of nursing and healthcare in Canada and beyond. Bilingualism will be considered an asset.
