DEAN, COLLEGE OF NURSING

Lead the Future in Nursing Education

The College of Nursing is seeking a dean who is ready to join our leadership team and write a new chapter in nursing education.

The College is a world leader in educating nurses in inter-professional healthcare, practice, research, innovation, capacity building and policy development. Established in 1938 it offers high quality, student-centered undergraduate education and graduate programs at both the Master’s and PhD levels, including the primary health care nurse practitioner option.  The college distinguishes itself by: 1) its partnerships with communities, delivering the largest Indigenous recruitment and retention in Canada; 2) a Learn Where you Live approach that encompasses six diverse communities where full programs of study are accessed; 3) a nation-leading integration of remote presence robotics and other technologies in the conduct of teaching, research and professional practice; and 4) growing opportunity and success in interdisciplinary and patient-oriented pedagogy and scholarship.  For more information about the college please visit: www.usask.ca/nursing.
